flexiWAN is looking for a Sales Development and Customer Success Manager to handle the complete life cycle of our customers, from lead to deployment of our service.
flexiWAN is an open source Cybersecurity & Networking startup. We bring a different DNA to this market. The evidence to our success is the strong lead inflow we are receiving (10-20 per day) and strong adoption by large companies such as Telefonica as well as small ones.
Responsibilities:
Manage the strong inflow of leads flexiWAN receives
Perform lead qualification and first interaction with prospects
Manage the process of customer on-boarding including evaluation, ordering of the service and deployment
Be the customer’s champion inside flexiWAN, work with different disciplines in the company in order to achieve customer success
Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in customer facing (can be virtual/email/phone) positions
Experience working with North America & LATAM customers is a strong advantage
Fluent in English (spoken and written) - Mandatory
Highly self-motivated, independant and self learner
Strong capabilities in operating SaaS systems (CRM, other), should feel comfortable using technology and applications
